Yes, we prioritize and use eco-friendly chemicals for our pool cleaning and maintenance services.
How can I request a free estimate?
You can easily request a free estimate by contacting us via phone, email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger.
How far in advance should I book your services?
For larger projects like pool remodeling or resurfacing, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. For smaller repairs or equipment installations, we can typically handle them within 2 to 3 days.
What is the process after I accept an estimate or sign up for service?
- For New Weekly Cleaning Customers: We'll send a welcome email outlining our terms and conditions, setting expectations for your weekly service, and explaining how you'll receive an email with a photo after every visit.
- For Remodel or Repair Jobs: If you approve an estimate for a larger remodel or repair job, the estimate will be converted into an invoice. For jobs over $1,000, a 50% deposit will be due immediately to initiate the project.
What do I need to do before your team arrives for service?
To ensure a smooth service visit, please ensure that:
- Your pool gate access is clear and unlocked.
- Any pets are secured away from the pool area.
How long do your typical services take?
- Weekly Pool Cleaning: A standard weekly cleaning typically takes between 8 and 10 minutes, unless additional cleaning or service (like a filter cleaning) is being performed.
- Minor Repairs & Equipment Installations: The time for these varies depending on the specific equipment and complexity, but they are billed at a flat rate.
- Pool Remodeling & Resurfacing: The general timeline can range from as little as 2 to 3 days up to a week, depending on the scope and size of the job.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
We are flexible with rescheduling appointments and will work with you to move an appointment to better serve your needs.
How do you price your services?
- Weekly Pool Cleaning: This service is billed monthly.
- Pool Equipment Repair & Installation, Pool Remodeling, Resurfacing, Tile/Coping/Paver Repair: Pricing for these services is provided after an on-site assessment and is quoted per job.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash. We also utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) for convenient online payments.
When is payment due for services?
- Weekly Pool Cleaning: Billed monthly.
- Non-Cleaning Services (e.g., repairs, installations, remodeling): For any jobs over $1,000, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.
What if I'm not satisfied with my pool cleaning service?
If you are not satisfied with our weekly cleaning service and wish to cancel, we will refund you the remaining portion of the month that we will not service your pool.
What if I'm not satisfied with a repair, installation, or remodeling job?
While there are no refunds for remodeling projects, we stand by our workmanship. There is a warranty on our work, and we will fix any issues with the remodeling work to ensure your satisfaction.
